WebI have been able to fix this issue on only handful of games like Euro Truck Simulator2 and Forza Horizon 4 by forcing MSAA x4 and 4x Sparse grid super sampling. So I am pretty sure this is a AA issue. But most games like Ghost recon breakpoint and far cry 4 etc have this issue still and forcing AA does not fix it.
