WebWe took the first ferry in the morning on Sunday at 6 AM from Ceiba and stayed overnight in Culebra, taking the 7AM ferry back from Culebra to Ceiba the next day. Worked out perfectly! Online it says to arrive 1 hour before departure but I’d say from my experience, arriving at the ferry 30 minutes before departure still gives you plenty of time!
