All I've got to say is "nee too." They took my money for a new battery, installed it, but it still would not hold a charge. I sent it back and they kept it, along with my money, failing to respond to phone messages, trouble tickets or e-mails.

I have accepted it and have moved on as this experience has shown me that no matter what the possible diagnonses or price, I will use the maker of that product to diagnose and fix that device. Battdepot had exactly what I needed - at a very reasonable price - delivered a couple of days later by courier and fitted perfectly. Very happy with the service. Date of experience: March 02, 2024.
