Hi, I had a total knee replacement a week ago, and I'm very frustrated as I cant really bend my knee past about 35 degrees (I'm guessing this angle). I'm trying my hardest to get it going, but it wont bend without severe pain. I also can't lift my leg off the bed or chair without the use of a cord to help elevate it.
